- 1895 The General Manager recommended that Ironbridge and Broseley station should be renamed Iron Bridge & Broseley. His proposal was adopted the following month, although the original spelling was correct![1]
- 1993 A meeting of volunteers formed the Friends of Kidderminster Town Station
- 2011 A special meeting of The Passenger Tank Fund was arranged to discuss and vote on a proposed sale of BR Standard 4MT No 80079 with a view to the sale proceeds being applied The 75069 Fund.[2] No such sale took place.
