- 1883 The Board of Trade Inspector approved the new signal box and sidings at Highley.[1]
- 1908 The original McKenzie and Holland lever frame at Bewdley North signal box was replaced with a 37-lever GWRGreat Western Railway horizontal tappet frame.
- 1988 The Kidderminster Coalyard Miniature Railway was formally opened by SVRSevern Valley Railway General Manager Michael Draper. The original 5in and 3½in gauge lines were replaced by the present 7¼in gauge track in 1989.[2]
- 1994 The SVRSevern Valley Railway staged its first 40s weekend.[3]
