  • 1905 The GWR authorised the construction of 'further cattle accommodation' at Bridgnorth.[1]
  • 1966 The final day of a 3-day Bridgnorth Station 'open weekend' which saw an exhibition of railway relics in connection with Bridgnorth Arts Festival. This event included a steam roller operating in the road outside the station[2].
  • 1979 A Portakabin was delivered to Bridgnorth for use as a "temporary" buffet / restaurant facility.[3] It was retired from public use at the end of 2018, although retained on a further temporary basis while staff facilities became operational.
  • 2011 BR Class 09 09107 was withdrawn from mainline service
