The SVR Charitable Trust has secured financial backing from Heritage Lottery Fund to develop its bid

{{As of|2017|04}} the Trust has another bid under consideration seeking approximately £1 million funding from the HLF for a large part of the £1.26 million cost. It has plans to raise additional funds from other sources.
