- 1941 RAF Bridgnorth was designated a WAAF training centre, until the following year
- 1978: Sunday of the 'Great Western Weekend' gala, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Kidderminster Loop Line.[1]
- 1988 SR 34027 was formally renamed Taw Valley following restoration[2].
- 2022: Saturday of a 4-day special event to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, featuring No 70 Elizabeth II and guest 2999 Lady of Legend.
