Timetable: Severn Valley Branch 1867

The Service timetable for April 1867 shows trains between Hartlebury and Shrewsbury via the Severn Valley Branch. Passenger services show only minor changes from the 1866 timetable.

The service timetable also shows the daily goods workings. Although Eardington station did not open until June 1868, the timetable shows workings to the siding there which was served by two goods trains per day in each direction, the 'Severn Valley Local' pickup goods and the 'Buildwas and Dudley Goods'. Eardington Siding served the local Upper Forge and Lower Forge ironworks. Jackfield sidings were served by the same goods trains.
