Odd indeed - the Worcestershire County Council Public Rights of Way map (which is based on the OSOrdnance Survey map!) shows it as a right of way (can't link too a detailed view so you will need to zoom in). --Robin (talk) 16:58, 25 May 2019 (UTC)
