Little Rock Cutting is a small cutting situated approximately 2/3rds of a mile north of Hampton Loade Station. Its location is shown on the map in the SVRSevern Valley Railway's From The Window booklet, and is highlighted on the extract from the 1955-61 OSOrdnance Survey Map. It is also located approximately 300 yards north of Waterworks Crossing.

There is no public access to the cutting,^[1] although from time to time it has appeared in photographs taken by SVRSevern Valley Railway-accredited lineside photographers.
