Changes

The first description of ‘Station Inspector’ in GWR records is in 1890. A press report from 1862<ref>Wellington Journal 28 June 1862, reported in [http://www.broseley.org.uk/Papers/Broseley%201862.pdf Broseley Papers]</ref> and Census data from 1871 onwards show that the booking constable or booking porter was described as station master. George Bramwell (booking constable from August 1863 to dis his death in January 1864) may therefore also have supervised the station.
