- 1948 Post-War, the 10.35 Kidderminster to Shrewsbury service was normally hauled by a Kidderminster-based 'small prairie', but on this occasion Stourbridge based 'large prairie' 5105 was in use.[1]
- 1998 Carlton Television's Cider With Rosie was first broadcast. The locomotive featured was 5764.
- 2014 A replacement fireplace and chimney were first brought in to use at Hampton Loade signal box.
