Changes

A bit of a checklist - apologies and thanks in advance. Add 2023. Add 4930 and 7812 return to traffic. 1501 and 2857 to red. Add 37308 (red from July 20) and 50033 (red May 18, green Oct 18, red June 21, green Oct 22). 33108 red from May 21. :I think I've got them all, let me know if I've missed any. 1501 and 2857 look a bit odd at the moment as I've already set them to red from February and what should be a zero width bar still shows up on the far right. That should right itself next month. I'm going to have a go at writing instructions on how to update it every January 1st.
