July 2026 incident[edit source]
Images taken inside the shed immediately after the accident and reports of resulting damage have appeared on social media including the "Bash Mash". Since they were taken by people with access to the shed, they were clearly the work of SVR staff or vounteers rather than the general public. Posting such material by staff or volunteers would be in contravention of the Railway's social media policies. Although the SVR Wiki is independent of the SVR organisation, it nevertheless respects those social media policies.
