new as of format
The SVR stock book states that 2119 was purchased direct from passenger service. However the Railway Heritage Register Carriage Survey states that it was later numbered 99239, suggesting a period of hauled non-passenger carrying use. It arrived on the SVR from Didcot in August 1968, and received full GWR livery in 1979. It was also used as part of the SVR's [[The Severn Valley Railway on the main line#SVR Carriages used on the main line | GWR main line set]] as well as on the SVR itself.
{{As of July |2015|12}}, 2119 is stored alongside Kidderminster Carriage Shed while awaiting an overhaul. It is owned by [[Great Western (SVR) Assoc. | The Great Western (SVR) Association]].
