[[<!--IMAGE FILE--> File:Bridgnorth Signal Box Reconstruction 1967Burlish_Halt_1_Michael_Clemens.jpg |thumb|centre|300px|link=<!--PAGE TO LINK TO-->Bridgnorth signal boxBurlish Halt | Bridgnorth signal box Burlish Halt was built situated in 1923, replacing two earlier boxes at each end the western part of the Stourport just over half a mile north of Stourport station. It opened in March 1930 and principally served the works of Steatite & Porcelain Products Ltd. At some time after 1963 the original pagoda style shelter was partially demolished replaced by BR after closure and was restored in 1968-69 using the upper a modern 'bus shelter' type structure from a smaller box from Pensnett, which required the masonry base to be shortened.
