Santa appearance 1969
On {{PAGENAME}} in SVR history.
*1969 [[Christmas services#Early years|Santa made a brief appearance at Bridgnorth station]]. [[Kitson & Co 5474 'Carnarvon']] drew a single coach out to [[Cleobury Road Bridge]] and later on, at the appropriate time, rolled it back in. Having arrived at [[Bridgnorth]] by train, Santa then moved on to his grotto on the High Street.
*[[Severn Valley Railway Timeline 1980-1989#1982 | 1982]] Santa arrived at Bewdley by helicopter, before travelling to [[Santa's Grotto|his grotto at Arley]] by train.<ref>SVR News 67</ref>
*1990 [[LMS 476401 Open Wagon]] moved to the SVR from Southall.
