This example, originally numbered B 275698, was built by Teesside Bridge & Engineering in 1956to Diagram 1/10/, Lot 2802.<ref name=Rowland>[[Bibliography#Books|Rowland (1996)]] pp. 9, 41, App 4.</ref> It also carried the Internal User number 041680.<ref>[http://departmentals.com/departmental/041680 Departmentals.com]</ref>
It arrived on the SVR in August 1993 from Stratford, London, as one of a number of wagons owned by Mr J J Smith.<ref>SVR Stock Book Ninth Edition</ref>. {{As of|2018}} it is stored at the [[Stourport Triangle]].
