It is classified as [[:Category:Non Passenger Carrying Coaching Stock (NPCCS)|Non Passenger Carrying Coaching Stock (NPCCS)]]. Prior to preservation it was also in Departmental use as No DW 079060.
The coach was purchased from Wantage Road near Didcot, arriving on the SVR in March 1976. <ref>SVR Stock Book Ninth Edition</ref> It is believed to be the only remaining outside framed example.<ref>GW(SVR)A</ref> It has previously seen use as [[Santa's Grotto]] and as a mobile store. It was photographed at Bewdley in March 2015. It is owned by the [[Great Western (SVR) Assoc. | Great Western (SVR) Association]]and is now used as a store at Arley at Christmas in conjunction with Santa's Grotto.
