When originally built in 187665801 has a 12-77 it was lined with red brick ton capacity and was 19ft wide. Unfortunately the sandstone through which the tunnel passes deteriorates on contact is fitted with air, end doors and in 1908 the decision was taken for the tunnel wheel bars to allow a motor car to be fully relined with two rings of blue bricks set loaded and transported in cementa goods train, hence its telegraph code 'MOGO'. This late example had a plywood body as a post-War economy measure, although earlier examples had planked construction.[[<!--PAGE TO LINK TO--> Bewdley TunnelGWR 65801 Mogo Van | (Full article...)]]]]
