As of 2017
The SVR stock book states that 2119 was purchased direct from passenger service. However the Railway Heritage Register Carriage Survey states that it was later numbered 99239, suggesting a period of hauled non-passenger carrying use. It arrived on the SVR from Didcot in August 1968, and received full GWR livery in 1979. It was also used as part of the SVR's [[The Severn Valley Railway on the main line#SVR Carriages used on the main line | GWR main line set]] as well as on the SVR itself.
{{As of|20162017}}, 2119 is stored alongside in the vicinity of Kidderminster Carriage Shed while awaiting an overhaul. It is owned by [[Great Western (SVR) Assoc. | The Great Western (SVR) Association]].
