On May 15 in SVR history.
- 1971: BR Riddles 4MT 80079 was hauled from Barry Scrapyard by BR Class 35s, firstly D7060 and then D7009 onto the Loop Line and to Bewdley Down Yard.[1]
- 1971 LNER 223162 Mineral Wagon was moved from Foley Park onto the SVR.
- 2020: The second Isle of Man boiler built at Bridgnorth was despatched following completion and testing.
- 2025: Thursday of the Spring Diesel Festival which included an assortment of guest locomotives along with members of the home fleet. Services ran between Kidderminster and Hampton Loade due to the embankment collapse at Mor Brook earlier in the year.
