Add Wayback link for SVR forum

There are many links to these sources but both have moved, viz:
*All requests to access the forum via https://forum.svra.org.uk should automatically be forwarded onto https://forum.svr-online.org.uk. Are there any tools that can be run which at least changes the root? Or any clever ideas?
::::::...having actually done it, the only references to railways.national-preservation.com are on this talk page and the one you linked. :::I noticed that SVRLive links should also be HTTPS, although again they were forwarding automatically. Having decided to do a manual search, hopefully all Nat-Pres, SVR-Online forum and SVRLive links in the Wiki are now HTTPS.
