I am convinced that an episode of the children's series "Rosie and Jim" featured their canal boat going under Victoria Bridge with 8233 stopping on the bridge and whistling. There is a 30 second trailer on [http://vimeo.com/181651253 Vimeo]. It was scheduled to air in late 2015, however I do not not remember any publicity either for the filming or broadcasting of it.
