A [https://www.facebook.com/111506607237661/photos/pb.100066631855473.-2207520000/170624984659156/?type=3 photo dated to 1954 and published in 2020 on the Eardington FB site] seems to show recent evidence of a removed building in the position described. It's supposition, but I suspect that might narrow down the removal date.
