Ruston 906 Group

The Ruston 906 Group were owners of Class 37 Diesel 37906 which arrived on the SVR in 2000 under EWS ownership and was eventually sold to the Group in August 2006.

In November 2013 the committee of the Group announced that the number of owning shareholders able to contribute to the continued maintenance and upkeep of the locomotive had reduced to an unsustainably low number, and that consequently agreement had been reached for the locomotive to be sold.
