- 1870 A collision occurred at Bridgnorth when a porter set points incorrectly.[1]
- 1941 Two sidings came into use at Stourport Power Station.[2]
- 1988 Diesel Gala guest 59001 Yeoman Endeavour became the first Class 59 to haul a passenger service[3].
