It later saw use with the Port of Hams Hall Power station at Coleshill, Bristol Authority before being preserved in 1975. It arrived on the SVR in 1968. It was 1985 and is regularly used as a shunting engine before the arrival part of the first diesel shunters, but the nature of its use meant it recorded only 14 miles in service before leaving in 1995.
