The reservoir, which is a BR Mark 1 Brake Second Corridor (BSK)managed by Severn Trent Water, seating 24 passengers was opened in 4 compartments1968 and covers 29 acres. It was originally preserved as the main line support vehicle for 6000 King George V, before moving is open to the SVR in 1995 after public and is used by the closure of the Bulmers Railway Centre at HerefordTrimpley Sailing Club, while other activities include angling, wildlife watching and walking.
