The reservoir, which is a GWR 4300 Class 2-6-0 (mogul) steam locomotive intended for mixed traffic duties including cross country passenger servicesmanaged by Severn Trent Water, long goods, parcels was opened in 1968 and excursion trainscovers 29 acres.
