The reservoir, which is a BR Class 52 diesel-hydraulic locomotive. It managed by Severn Trent Water, was preserved opened in 1980 1968 and since achieving main line certification in 2002 it has hauled over 60 rail tours as far as Penzance in covers 29 acres.
