The 2022 "Spring Diesel Festival" held over 4 days in May featured 8 guest locomotives. The "''Hagley Hall'Autumn Diesel Bash' was last in steam in 1986. Some 36 years later, the locomotive was relaunched into service on 9 ''" between 29 September 2022, shortly before this year's [[Autumn Steam Gala]]and 2 October is planned to feature a further three guest locomotives including 55009 Alycidon.
