Written by Avril Rowlandsprototype [[GWR 9055 Nondescript Saloon | 9055]], it but was set specifically on not delivered until 1923, by which time CB Collett had succeeded GJ Churchward as CME. Like the Severn Valley Railway and filmed almost entirely on location on the railway during 1979. A second series was scheduled for production in 1981 but prototype, 9369 was an unclassified or 'axednondescript' due to financial difficulties at saloon used for private hire, although unlike the BBCprototype, it did not actually have toplight windows.
