It arrived on the SVR in March 1990 having been acquired for use as the Kidderminster station shunter. After restoration, it has carried out that duty since the late 1990scontrolled using tokens, although it is currentluy undergoing an overhaul at according to the [[Diesel Depot ETT| Kidderminster Diesel DepotElectric Train Token]]Regulations. This system ensures that only one train can enter each section of track at any given time.
