It was situated one of the SVR’s early locomotives, arriving 'light engine' direct from Lostock Hall on 2 August 1968. Since returning to service, 43106 has been a regular on the south side of SVR as well as appearing [[The Severn Valley Railway on the main line |on the main line between [[Hoo Road Bridge]] and at [[Worcester Road BridgeSVR-based locomotives visiting other events |gala events on other heritage railways]] (on the left when travelling from Kidderminster towards Bewdley).
