The crossing has appeared in several [[Eardington BankList of film and TV productions filmed on the Severn Valley Railway|film and TV productions filmed on the SVR]], mid-way between including the TV series "[[BridgnorthDoctor in Charge]] " and the Walt Disney live action film "[[Hampton LoadeCandleshoe]]. When the SVR reopened in 1970 it served as an intermediate stopping point and watering place.
