On June 11 in SVRSevern Valley Railway history.

  • 1983 The NRMThe Railway Museum, formerly the National Railway Museum's 'Black 5' 45000, then an SVRSevern Valley Railway resident, hauled a main line ten coach train of Brunel Society passengers. The route included the goods-only branch from Wapping Dock to Ashton Junction.[1]
  • 1983 686 The Lady Armaghdale hauled passenger services at the Birmingham Railway Museum, Tyseley, as part of the 75th Anniversary celebrations for Tyseley depot.[2]
  • 2007 Hay Bridge was closed for a day and a half following a bridge strike. A crane was required to lift the bridge back onto its bearings[3].
