A three-lever ground frame was provided at the North end of [[Hampton Loade]] during the early days of preservation, before the commissioning in 1973 of [[Hampton Loade signal box]], to control access to the loop. It was unlocked by a key on the Bridgnorth-Hampton Loade train staff.
