The '''Hampton Loade Station Fund ''' maintains and enhances the appearance of [[Hampton Loade | Hampton Loade Station]]. They  Each station has a budget provided by [[SVR(H)]], accordingly stationmasters submit a budget each year and are budget-holders for their station. In addition the [[Severn Valley Railway Association]] raised funds to support small-scale local projects that fell outside of the station budgets, which developed into the current arrangement where the [[Severn Valley Railway Company Limited|Severn Valley Railway Company]] provide 'assisted project' funding for volunteer-led projects. Later, the [[Severn Valley Railway Charitable Trust Ltd|Charitable Trust]] too funded station projects across the Railway. However, from the earliest days stations formed a fund to raise ring-fenced funds independently from the Railway to meet the requirements of an active volunteer workforce in maintaining and enhancing the station.<ref>Chris Walton, private correspondence, June 2023</ref>  Hampton Loade Station Fund have a [[List of shops Hampton Loade Station Fund Shop | fund raising shop]] in their [[GWR 3467 Fruit D Van | GWR Fruit D Van 3467]] which is situated in the siding, where they also use along with [[Caledonian Railway / LMS 304543 Covered Goods GWR 2815 Fruit C Van| GWR Fruit C 2815]] which is used as a store.  The latter fund also is shortly to be replaced by a minor shareholder of [[Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) PLC]].<ref>[https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/01046274/filing-history Full list of shareholders at 24 June 2016]</ref> ==Classic bike day==The Fund organises an annual gathering of classic motorcycles at [[GWR 2815 Fruit C Van Hampton Loade | GWR Fruit C 2815Hampton Loade Station]] which , normally in October with up to 20 vehicles in attendance. It has been taking place for many years although 2016 was the first time it was acquired publicised, via Hampton Loade Station's Facebook page. It does not usually publish a list of exhibits, generally owners who are available simply bring their bikes on behalf of the fund in September 2015day.
