The  Each station has a budget provided by [[SVR(H)]], accordingly stationmasters submit a budget each year and are budget-holders for their station. In addition the [[Severn Valley Railway Association]] raised funds to support small-scale local projects that fell outside of the station budgets, which developed into the current arrangement where the [[Severn Valley Railway Company Limited|Severn Valley Railway Company]] provide 'assisted project' funding for volunteer-led projects. Later, the [[Severn Valley Railway Charitable Trust Ltd|Charitable Trust]] too funded station projects across the Railway. However, from the earliest days stations formed a fund to raise ring-fenced funds independently from the Railway to meet the requirements of an active volunteer workforce in maintaining and enhancing the station.<ref>Chris Walton, private correspondence, June 2023</ref>  Hampton Loade Station Fund have a [[Hampton Loade Station Fund Shop | fund raising shop]] in their [[GWR 3467 Fruit D Van | GWR Fruit D Van 3467]] which is situated in the siding, along with [[GWR 2815 Fruit C Van | GWR Fruit C 2815]] which is used as a store.
