In 2014 [[The 2857 Society]] transferred their spares from [[GWR 5043 Full Third]] to 143. The main photograph shows the van in [[Bewdley Down Yard]] on 20 March 2015.
By September 2017 143 had been moved into the goods shed for roof repairs and a repaint.<ref>[http://www.svrwagons.uk/news.html SVR Wagons News]</ref> The repainting Painting and signwriting was in progress in April completed outside by July 2018 as seen in the Gallery below.
