}}'''GWR/BR 92090 Fruit D Van''' is a long wheelbase fruit van, one of around 13 survivors of the type of which four long wheelbase are preserved on the SVR, the others being W3429, [[GWR 3467 Fruit D Van|W3467]] and [[GWR/BR 92080 Fruit D Vans Van|W92080]]. A description of the type can be found on the SVR, [[GWR 3429 Fruit D Van|W3429]] page. 92090 was built by BR at Swindon in 1958 to Diagram 805 Lot 30383<ref> Railway Heritage Register Wagon Survey </ref> based on a GWR design. The fruit D vans were classified as Non Passenger Carrying Coaching Stock (NPCCS).
92090 was built at Swindon in 1958 and was originally electrically lit with power from an axle driven dynamo and chassis mounted batteries, similar to the system used on passenger coaches. It arrived on the SVR on 24 March 1973 from Gloucester, having been bought by with the intention of being used for storage of loco spares.<ref>SVR Stock Book Ninth Edition</ref> It is owned by [[The Erlestoke Manor Fund]] and is situated in [[Bewdley Down Yard]] where it is used as a stores van for [[GWR 7802 Bradley Manor | 7802]] and [[GWR 7812 Erlestoke Manor | 7812]]their locomotives.
