- 1877 The GWRGreat Western Railway authorised the construction of Bewdley Footbridge, the extension of the island platform and the provision of a platform canopy at a cost of £1,666.[1]
- 1997 An EGM of SVR(H) voted to alter the Articles of Association to prevent payment of cash dividends or to make distributions upon winding up. This enabled the company to apply for Heritage and other charitable grants for the Kidderminster Carriage Shed project.[2]
