A covered wooden footbridge at the northern end of [[Bewdley | Bewdley station]] allows access between Platform 1 and Platforms 2&3. This forms [[List of infrastructure|Bridge 10 ]] in the current SVR bridge number sequence. The footbridge dates from approximately 1878, its construction having been authorised on 19 December 1877.<ref>The Severn Valley Railway, John Marshall</ref> A banner repeater on the footbridge for [[Bewdley North signal box|29 signal]] was removed some years ago.  Following the 2001 [[Spring Gala]], [[Bewdley|Bewdley Station]] was closed for 3 weeks for repairs to the footbridge and platform canopies.
