== 12099 in preservation ==
12099 arrived on the SVR in March 1990, having been acquired from Booths by The [[Kidderminster Shunter Fund]] in exchange for a surplus Ruston diesel shunter.The Fund in January 2018 transferred ownership to [[Severn Valley Railway Charitable Trust Ltd]].<ref>SVR News 201</ref>
Some of the first Class 11s were built for the War Department, and in June 2013 No 12099 made an appearance in the 1940s event carrying a rather unconvincing War Department number “WD 40”.
12099 is operational and is normally based at Kidderminster.
