BR Mark 1 Brake Second Corridor (BSK) 34562 was built at Wolverton in 1955 to diagram number Diagram 181 of lot number (AB201), Lot 30095. It arrived on entered service in the SVR London Midland region in 1974 from CowlairsMay 1955, having been bought by moving to the Scottish region in June 1971.<ref>[[The 75069 FundBibliography#Other References|Longworth (2013)]]pp.159-160. </ref>
It arrived on the SVR on 13 May 1974 from Cowlairs, having been bought by [[The 75069 Fund]].<ref>SVR Stock Book Ninth Edition</ref>  The photograph shows 34562 in March 2015 at Bridgnorth in 'Set C', the BR crimson and cream set, numbered W34562 (a number it did not carry in service).
