OS Map of Kidderminster Station in 1938 showing the area north of Kidderminster Footbridge including the "top yard" of the goods yard. The top yard included private sidings for J.P.Harvey's corn mill which can be seen to the left. The adjacent small goods shed is now Kidderminster Railway Museum and the larger goods shed is now the Kidderminster Carriage Repair Works, with the sidings in between forming part of the marshalling yard. The sidings at the south of the top yard included the station's coal yard.

The map is a composite of two OS 25in maps, Worcestershire VIII.15 (Kidderminster Borough) Revised: 1938, Published: 1938 and Worcestershire XIV.3 (Kidderminster Borough; Stone) Revised: 1938 to 1939, Published: 1938. This generally accounts for the slight differences in surveying and printing, although it is not clear if a change in the layout of Harvey's sidings had taken place.

In 1943 two additional sidings were added in the area marked "310 1.624". One was a third siding for Harveys adjacent to the two shown on the map, and the other next to it was Summerfield Siding which had its own security fence. The coal yard sidings were slightly realigned at the same time.
