In August 2004 it was the sole surviving example scene of a Stanier Mogul, one of collision between a "Steam School Special" and a van which drove onto the first classes designed by Stanier after his arrival on the LMScrossing without stopping. H.M. It Railway Inspectorate later found no blame was successfully steamed in October 2023 after an overhaul lasting nearly 10 years and will temporarily re-enter service as LMS 2968 before a planned repaint into its earliest identity as LMS 13268 next yearattached to the Railway.[[<!--PAGE TO LINK TO--> LMS Stanier Mogul 42968 Fishermen's Crossing | (Full article...)]]]]
