This vehicle was built at Swindon in 1895 and is unique<ref>Vintage Carriages Trust database</ref>. It bears a plaque stating that it was purchased in 1970 and subsequently restored by the 6000 Locomotive Association.
The Brake Van has been cosmetically restored and is on display outside [[Kidderminster Railway Museum]].
