BR Mark 2f Brake Second Open (BSO) 9513 was built at Derby in 1974 to diagram number 189 of lot number 30861. ==Eastern Rail Services fleet==It is one formed part of several Mark Riviera Train's Blue Pullman Mk 2 vehicles operated by Eastern Rail Services (ERS) and in May 2017 was set based at Washwood HeathEast Ham from 2006, unlike ERS' main rakes which were based at the Mid-Norfolk Railwaybeing painted in Nanking Blue and white livery. It was leased and in 2007 purchased from HSBC by FM Rail.
==9500 at 9513 in preservation==9513 was moved to the Epping Ongar Railway in 2010 and by 2013 to the Battlefield Line. By September 2016 it moved to the SVR=Mid Norfolk Railway.<ref>[http://www.cs.vintagecarriagestrust.org/se/CarriageInfo.asp?Ref=5196 9513 on Vintage Carriages Trust database]</ref>  By April 2017 it was owned by Eastern Rail Services (ERS) and moved to Washwood Heath. It is one of several Mark 2 vehicles operated by ERS whose main rakes were based at the Mid-Norfolk Railway. With other ERS vehicles, in May 2017 ERS they hired 9513 to the SVR for the Spring Diesel Festival, its air-braking capability being used by visiting mainline locomotives. 9513 was remained painted in BR Blue Pullman livery.
