→SVR photographic guide: Go ahead for photography guide, but thoughts needed

:I'd erred away from doing one in the past, in case the SVR considered it to be encouraging people to photograph from lineside (even in legitimate viewing locations) rather than paying to visit the railway. However the SVR itself gave a number of possible viewing locations for Pacific Power, so maybe not considered an issue? Official response from Lewis Maddox: "Great idea, if you need any photos let me know." So, going back to the original post, what's the best way of setting it up? Does it need a table with the headings I suggested. Is there a better way?
