Remove "As of" category from things that are unlikely to change in the near future.

~~{{As of|~~Since early 2016}}, the Bewdley Station Shop is has been in [[GWR 1399 Milk Brake]] in Bewdley goods yard. The shop was formerly situated in [[GWR 1145 Toplight 'Snake C' Passenger Brake]] which it shared with the LNER (SVR) Coach Fund, until the latter closed due to staff retirement at the end of 2015. Photographs show the shop in the old location.
